1. What SIDEGLASS is
SIDEGLASS is software that a sports club uses to run its staff, academy and members. It is private: you can only use it with an account your club created for you.
2. Your account
- Your club's admin creates your account and decides your role. If you need a new password, ask them for a new sign-in link.
- Keep your password to yourself, and tell your club or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your club can change your role, pause your access or remove it, for example when you stop working there.
- You must be at least 16 to have an account.
3. Using it properly
You agree not to:
- look at or copy data you have no reason to see, or use club data for anything other than your work at the club;
- upload anything unlawful, or photos of people who have not agreed to them;
- try to get round the access rules, break, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
4. Data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy policy. The data you enter for your club belongs to your club.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep SIDEGLASS available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove features. Treat the club's own records (for example payroll and bookkeeping) as the reference. If we change these terms in a material way, we update this page and the date at the top.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian or EU law. Our agreement with your club sets out our responsibilities to the club.
7. Ending
Your access ends when your club removes it or stops using SIDEGLASS. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
